What’s worse than getting hit with a craving for sweets when you can’t be bothered to get your bake on? Well what if we told you that you can crush that craving in less than 10 minutes with JUST (see what we did there?) two ingredients!

We get it, adulting is hard and time is limited, which is why these 2-ingredient cookies are the perfect sweet and simple recipe to keep in your back pocket when it’s time to treat yo-self. And if you wanted to get a little fancy, we’ve dropped our five favorite spins on the original recipe to give these tasty nibbles a little va-va-voom. Yes, that means more than 2-ingredients, but it also means more ‘m’s’ to add to the yum.

Ready, set (your oven to 350°), BAKE!

1. Lemon Poppyseed Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Lemon Bubbles
  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • ½ C poppy seeds
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Use a hand mixer to blend the Lemon Bubbles with the angel food cake mix until combined and fluffy. Once mixed, fold in poppy seeds and half of the lemon zest.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and drop heaping tablespoons of the mix onto the sheet. Remember, they’ll spread out!
  4. Bake for about 9 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden. Let them cool on the sheet to firm up.
  5. Topping: Add a drizzle of vanilla icing and a sprinkle of poppy seeds and lemon zest.
    Eat up!

2. Berries & Cream Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend the Huckleblueberry Bubbles with the angel food cake mix using a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place heaping tablespoons of the cookie mix on the sheet.
  4. Bake for about 9 minutes or until the tops are just golden. Cool on the sheet.
  5. Topping: Stir together ¾ parts cream cheese frosting and ¼ part blueberry jam. Frost cookies with your creamy berry mix.
    Dig in!

3. Strawberry Shortcake Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the Strawberry Bubbles with the angel food cake mix using a hand mixer until combined.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and drop heaping tablespoons of the mix onto the sheet.
  4. Bake for about 9 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool on the sheet.
  5. Topping: Spread vanilla frosting, a dollop of strawberry jam, and a drizzle of strawberry syrup over each cookie.
    Grab a glass of strawberry milk & enjoy!

4. Orange Julius Cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Use a hand mixer to combine the Orange Bubbles with the angel food cake mix until fluffy. Fold in ½ of the orange zest.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spoon heaping tablespoons of the mix onto the sheet.
  4. Bake for about 9 minutes or until the tops are just golden. Cool on the sheet.
  5. Topping: Spread a layer of vanilla frosting and sprinkle with the remaining orange zest.
    Get munchin’!

5. Key Lime Pie Sparkling Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Lime Bubbles
  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • Zest of 1 lime

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend the Lime Bubbles with the angel food cake mix using a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in ½ of the lime zest.
  3. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and drop heaping tablespoons of the cookie mix onto the sheet.
  4. Bake for about 9 minutes or until lightly golden. Let them cool on the sheet.
  5. Topping: Add a generous layer of vanilla frosting and sprinkle with the remaining lime zest.
