What You’ll Need…

  • 1 cup Kombucha (your favorite flavor)
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (raw and unfiltered for maximum benefits)
  • 1 teaspoon Activated Charcoal (food-grade)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 6 oz Coconut Mint JUST Bubbles 
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

What You’ll Do…

  1. Soak the chia seeds in a small bowl with a couple of tablespoons of water. Let them sit for about 10 minutes until they expand and form a gel-like consistency. This will give your mocktail that fun, textured look!
  2. In a large glass or shaker, combine the Kombucha, Coconut Water, and Apple Cider Vinegar. Stir gently to mix everything together.
  3. Carefully add the activated charcoal to the mixture. Stir well until fully incorporated. 
  4. Once your chia seeds are ready, add them to the kombucha mixture and give it a good stir. 
  5. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the kombucha mixture on top. Then, slowly add the Coconut Mint JUST Bubbles for a fizzy finish.

Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves, stir it up, sip it smooth, & enjoy!
