COPYCAT DISNEYLAND SPARKLING PICKLE LEMONADE (+ SUGAR FREE OPTION)

Move over Mickey, there’s a new magical mixologist in town. We’ve used Disneyland’s latest viral culinary creation: the Sparkling Pickle Lemonade. This sweet, tangy, and let’s be real, slightly weird sip will take you on a wild tastebud adventure.
First sip: “Ooh wait, whats happening here? What’s happening in my mouth?!”
Sip number 2: “Okay, i’m digging this sweet, salty situation happening here.”
Sip 3: “Oh no, i’ve drank ¾ of the glass already and i’m not ready to get off this sparkling, somewhat strange, but definitely delicious rollercoaster ride.
Bottom of the glass: “Please sir, can I have some more of that pickle-spiked elixir of the theme park gods?”
Since we know most things that come from Mickey Mouse's kingdom tend to be sugar-laden, greasy, or both, we wanted to offer both a traditional and sugar-free version of this sparkly sip so that you can have some more without guilt (or the bloodsugar skydive).
Let’s get weird fam!
What You’ll Need…
Regular Version
- 1 cup JUST Lemon Bubbles
- 1 cup JUST Cucumber Bubbles
- 1/2 cup fresh cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves (for that extra flair!)
- Ice cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Sugar-Free Version:
- 1 cup JUST Lemon Bubbles
- 1 cup JUST Cucumber Bubbles
- 1/2 cup fresh cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves (for that extra flair!)
- Ice cubes
- A few drops of liquid stevia or your favorite sugar-free sweetener (other options include monk fruit, erythritol, or a small shot of agave or honey).
What You’ll Do…
- Prep Your Ingredients: Slice up your fresh cucumber and lemons. Go for thin slices to maximize that delicious flavor and make it look pretty—because we all know we eat with our eyes first!
- Mix It Up: Grab a large pitcher and toss in those cucumber and lemon slices. If you’re making the regular version, add honey or simple syrup for a little sweetness. For the sugar-free version, add a few drops of liquid stevia or your favorite sugar-free sweetener. Give it a little stir to mix things up.
- Add Ice: Fill your glasses with ice cubes to keep things nice and chill.
- Pour It On: Slowly pour the JUST Lemon Bubbles and JUST Cucumber Bubbles over the ice, filling the glass to the top. The bubbles will bring all the fun!
