What You’ll Need:

  • 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 10 oz coconut milk
  • 10 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (can substitute for brown or granular sugar)
  • 24 oz pineapple juice (for serving)
  • 1 cup Valencia Orange Bubbles
  • Fresh pineapple wedges or mint leaves for garnish 

What You’ll Do:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Transfer the mixture to a gallon-size freezer bag and freeze for about one hour, or until it reaches a soft-serve consistency. 
  3. Snip one corner of the bag and pipe the Dole Whip mixture into your favorite glasses.
