Ready to one-up the pilates Princesses and wellness warriors? We've taken one of the trendiest detox drinks and given it a mocktail-esque facelift. Yep, we went there—introducing the Green Machine Mocktail! This spiced-up sip gets a bubbly finish with Cucumber Bubbles, the perfect addition to this spa-level clean eating drink.

Whether you serve it up alongside your morning lemon water (room temp with a shot of apple cider vinegar if you're really going for that wellness aesthetic), at brunch with the girlies, or as a replacement for your 3 pm $10 oat milk latte, this mocktail is made to make you feel good, look good, and keep you on track with your healthy lifestyle goals.

What You'll Need...

  • 1 cucumber, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 limes, peeled
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • Jalapeño for kick (optional)
  • 6 oz JUST Water Cucumber Bubbles
  • Lime wedges and sea salt flakes for rimmed glasses
  • Ice cubes

What You'll Do...

  1. Blend It Up: Add the cucumber, pineapple chunks, cilantro, spinach, peeled limes, fresh ginger, and coconut water to a blender. If you’re feeling adventurous, throw in a slice of jalapeño for a little kick. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Strain the Juice: Place a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer over a large mixing bowl and pour the blended mixture into the bag. Squeeze out the liquid until you’re left with dry pulp. (You can save the pulp for smoothies or baking—nothing goes to waste here!)
  3. Prepare the Glasses: To make your mocktail extra fancy, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glasses and dip them into sea salt flakes for a nice hit of hydrating electrolytes.
  4. Ice, Ice, Baby: Fill each glass with a few ice cubes to keep things cool as a cucumber (see what we did there?).
  5. Add the Sparkle: Pour the freshly made green juice into each glass, filling it about halfway. Top off with JUST Water Cucumber Bubbles for that bubbly finish.
  6. Garnish and Serve: For a finishing touch, garnish with extra lime wedges or even a sprig of cilantro. Serve, sip, & enjoy!
