What You’ll Need…
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (note, certain milk options like full-fat dairy milk will bump the calories)
- 1/2 cup plain low or non-fat Greek yogurt (for that creamy texture without the sugar)
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese (for an extra bump of protein and extra creaminess)
- 1/2 tablespoon monk fruit or alternative sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Bubbles (chilled)
- Ice cubes
What You’ll Do…
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if using. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until thick and frosty.
