Whether you’re chasing a pot of gold or just a really great happy hour, this St. Patrick’s Day, forget the heavy beers and their artificial dyes; we’re going green the sophisticated way. Meet the Shamrock Spritz: a crisp, botanical bevvy that gets its brilliant emerald hue from a clever mix of citrus and elderflower. Topped with the zesty effervescence of Lime Bubbles, it’s a light, refreshing, and naturally polished way to toast to your own good luck.

Ready to shamrock-shake up something legendary? Here is how to make it.

What You’ll Need:
  • 2 oz Premium Gin or Vodka (or Seedlip Garden 108 for a mocktail)
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur (for a floral sweetness)
  • 1/4 oz Blue Curaçao (when mixed with the yellow tones of lime/elderflower, this creates a brilliant emerald green)
  • Top with: JUST Water Lime Bubbles sparkling water
  • Garnish: A fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel

What You’ll Do:

  1. Chill your glass: Fill a wine glass or large coupe with ice to get it nice and cold.
  2. Combine: In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the gin/vodka, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and Blue Curaçao.
  3. Shake: Shake well for about 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  4. Strain: Strain the mixture into your chilled glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top & Sparkle: Top the glass with JUST Water Lime Bubbles. Give it a very gentle stir to incorporate the color.
  6. Garnish: Slap a mint sprig against your hand to release the oils, tuck it in the side, and add your lime wheel.
