Ready to shake up a fresh-squeezed classic? Our Sparkling Honey Rosemary Lemonade is about to revolutionize traditional lemonade for you forever (but hey, sometimes you have to tweak a good thing to create something even better!).  With fresh Meyer lemons, a dash of honey, and vibrant rosemary—this craft drink is not only delicious but also impressively Instagrammable. So whether you’re hosting the girls for an al fresco summer party or want to add a fancy spin to the family dinner, this fun and flavorful bevvy is the ultimate ‘cheers’-worthy summer sip!

What You’ll Need…

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • ½ cup honey  (or to taste)
  • 1 cup water (for the rosemary syrup)
  • 10 sprigs fresh rosemary (set aside 4 for garnish)
  • 3 cups Lemon Bubbles
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

What You’ll Do…

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and honey. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the honey is completely dissolved. Once dissolved, add 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary (reserving 4 for garnish) and remove the pan from the heat. Let it steep for about 15-20 minutes to infuse the rosemary flavor.
  2. After steeping, strain the rosemary syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the rosemary sprigs.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the rosemary syrup. Stir well to combine. Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed—add more syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
  4. Just before serving, gently stir in the Lemon Bubbles.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the Sparkling Rosemary Lemonade over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices, fresh rosemary sprigs, and sliced lemon.
  6. Serve, sip, and enjoy!

What We Serve it With…
