Build Your Own Clean Eating Charcuterie Board
- Cheeses:
- Goat cheese log, topped with fresh thyme
- Light mozzarella balls, marinated in balsamic glaze
- Feta cheese (low fat if you choose) crumbled with fresh dill
- Meats:
- Bresaola (a lean beef alternative to prosciutto that's similar to pastrami in flavor and is sliced very thin)
- Sliced turkey breast
- Smoked salmon
- Sliced hard-boiled eggs
- Fruits:
- Grapes (red and green)
- Sliced strawberries
- Raspberries
- Dried apricots
- Figs
- Vegetables:
- Sliced cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes

- Whole grain crackers

Low-Calorie, Zero-Proof Sparkling Cosmopolitan
What You’ll Do…
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 ounce orange juice
- Huckleblueberry Bubbles
- Stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- Lime wheel for garnish
What You’ll Need…
- Combine juices: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine cranberry juice, lime juice, and orange juice.
- Sweeten (optional): If desired, add a few drops of stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste.
- Shake and strain: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with Huckleblueberry Bubbles: Fill the glass with Huckleblueberry Bubbles.
- Garnish: Add a lime wheel to the rim of the glass for garnish.

- For a deeper color, use ruby red grapefruit juice instead of orange juice.
