Tired of being the DD for nights out in town, only to sip on watered-down sodas while your friends toss back margs like it’s Cinco de Mayo? Fear not, my sober fam! We’re about to level up your alcohol-free Friday nights with a mocktail that says, “I’m pinky’s up classy & college kid fun, no drank required”.
This isn’t just a lemon iced tea minus the vodka. It’s the perfect marriage of bitter black tea, zesty fresh squeezed lemon, and spicy ginger, all tied together with two secret ingredients that give this mocktail a cocktail-like finish: apple cider vinegar & Lemon Bubbles. The subtle bite from ACV & the teeny, tiny pops from Lemon Bubbles signature champagne-style microbubbles, this tea-riffic (sorry, we couldn’t help ourselves) zero-proof bevvy is the perfect way to partake in the party while skipping the morning-after hangover.

What You’ll Need…
- 2 oz Brewed English Breakfast Tea
- 2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
- 8oz Ginger Beer
- 8oz Lemon Bubbles
- 1 lemon, juiced, plus 1 lemon, sliced
- Ice
- Mint to garnish
What You’ll Do…
- Brew the tea and seep until it reaches your preferred strength, then chill for at least an hour.
- Add apple cider vinegar, ginger beer, Lemon Bubbles, and lemon juice to cooled tea and top with ice. Stir.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint. Serve, sip, and enjoy!
