Love chocolate?

How about coffee? Extra strong joe, to be more specific.

What about rich, creamy gelato?

If you answered no to any of these questions…well, we can’t help you (and also have to ask—do you also not like kittens and happiness? We kid, we kid). But if you do happen to love any or all of the above, this Chocolate-Covered espresso Floatini is about to FLOAT your boat because it’s the mocktail GOAT of all GOATS.

We’re talking rich, creamy chocolate with just the right touch of bitter espresso and the subtle pop of champagne-style microbubbles, all tied up into one deliciously addictive mocktail you’ll want to chug, but won’t because you’ll also want it to last forever-ever. The best part? This sweet sip skips the spirits, meaning you can enjoy it worry free knowing tomorrow mornings hangover can hightail it’s way to someone elses post-happy hour headache.

So grab your blender, your fancy martini glass, and a napkin to wipe the whipped cream mustache off your face (not before you take a cute quirky pic for IG, obviously), and let’s whip up something so delightful it might just make your regular coffee routine feel like yesterday's news. Get ready for an indulgent treat that will have you floating on cloud nine!

What We’ll Need…

  • 1 fl. oz. (30 ml) chilled espresso or cold brew concentrate
  • 1 fl. oz (30 ml) cold brew
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 scoop of chocolate gelato
  • Original Bubbles
  • Whipped cream, store-bought or homemade
  • Dutch cocoa powder for dusting

What We’ll Do…

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the  espresso, cold brew, and chocolate syrup. Shake vigorously until well combined and chilled.
  2. Add the scoop of chocolate gelato to serving glass of choice.
  3. Pour the espresso mix over the gelato, leaving room top top with 1-2oz Original Bubbles (the champagne-style microbubbles paired with the natural occurring minerals gives the mocktail that slight zing you’d get from  hard liquor).
  4. Top with the whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder, sip, & serve!
