What You’ll Need
- Cocktail glass of choice (tall or short)
- Orange Sorbet
- JUST Valencia Bubbles
To Make
In your chosen cocktail glass add three scoops of orange sorbet for a tall glass, and one for a short. Pour JUST Valencia Bubbles over top and enjoy!

What You’ll Need- 1.5 ounce shot Vodka
- 2 oz Blueberry Cocktail Syrup
- 4 oz Orange Juice

To Make
- In a cocktail glass, add vodka and orange juice.
- Quickly pour the blueberry syrup into the glass.
- Let the blueberry syrup settle so you achieve the color variation, and then pour in the JUST Valencia Orange Bubbles.

Citrus-Spiced Olive Oil Cake
Featuring bright notes of citrus paired with the rich taste of olive oil, this brunch-inspired cake is a sweet way to celebrate the start of spring.
What You’ll Need
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- Zest of 1 Orange
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
To Make
- Prep a bundt pan by coating the inside with butter, and lightly dusting all sides with flour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, eggs, zest and stir to combine
- Pour in the buttermilk, olive oil and vanilla and whisk until everything is fully incorporated.
- Next, pour in the flour, baking powder and soda and a pinch of salt. Stir until the batter is smooth and shiny, and the dry ingredients are no longer visible.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan in an even layer. Tap the bottom of the pan on the countertop a few times to settle the batter and pop air bubbles.
- Place cake into the oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until once a toothpick is inserted it comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 45 minutes before inverting the bundt pan onto a serving plate
- When that time comes, once inverted simply tap the bottom of the bundt pan to release the cake onto the serving plate.
- Let the cake finishing cooling completely before you finish with your choice of topping (powdered sugar, glaze or frosting).
Citrus Glaze
What You’ll Need
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp
- Zest of 1 orange
To Make
Simply whisk all ingredients together until desired consistency. Drizzle over cooled citrus olive oil cake.
Citrus Frosting
What You’ll Need
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1/2 an orange
- 2 to 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
To Make
- With an electric mixer, mix together the cream cheese and butter for a few minutes - until fully incorporated
- Add the vanilla, orange zest and juice and mix to combine
- Lastly, start with adding 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Add up to an additional cup of powdered sugar to reach desired consistency and sweetness you prefer
- Frost cake as you wish!
