ALL NATURAL SPARKLING WATERMELON SPORTS DRINK (TWO WAYS)
Written by Just Water
Whether you’re an athlete or workout warrior or simply trying to beat the heat through the dog days of summer, there’s nothing more imperative to our health and wellbeing than staying properly hydrated. However, if you find yourself guzzling quality, mineral-rich water and still feeling the effects of inadequate hydration like fatigue, dizziness, dry mouth, or headache, it’s time to level up your liquid intake with electrolyte-filled fluids.
Think neon-hued sports drinks & rainbow baby-aisle electrolyte beverages are your only options? Think again! We drank the hater-aide and had our eyes opened to the weird ingredients in these drinks, like high-fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, & an excessive quantity of sugar, & there’s no turning back now.
Today, we’re shaking up the sports drink paradigm & dropping a recipe (two ways!) that’s electro-LIT, ultra-hydrating, & insanely refreshing after a few too many hours in the sun. Our recipe for an All Natural Sparkling Watermelon Sports Drink & Fruit Cubes is a surefire way to stay on top of summer hydration.
Ready to drop & swap your sports drink habit? This recipe is for you.
