Featuring sweet, floral notes of hibiscus and ripe blueberries,  bursts of gustatory goodness from blueberry popping pearls, & finished with bright bursts of champagne-style microbubbles from JUST Bubbles, this Bubble Berry Blitz is as flavorful as it is fun.

Bubble Berry Blitz

What You’ll Need

To make the Blueberry Simple Syrup

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cup frozen wild maine blueberries 
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Peel of 1 lemon, and the juice

What You’ll Do

For the Syrup

  1. In a small saucepan, over low heat allow the blueberries, water, sugar and lemon to simmer gently until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Strain into a mason jar and allow to cool completely in the fridge prior to using for drinks.
  3. Brew Blueberry Hibiscus Tea according to package and allow to cool in the fridge.
  4.  Once cooled, mix 3:1 ratio of blueberry hibiscus tea to heavy cream (or milk of choice) - 3 parts tea to 1 part heavy cream. 

For the Bubble Berry Blitz

  1. In the bottom of a serving glass, add 2 Tbsp blueberry popping pearls.
  2. Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with ice.
  3. Pour in 1 Tbsp of the blueberry simple syrup. 
  4. Add the creamy blueberry hibiscus tea to the ice line
  5. Finish with JUST Huckleblueberry Bubbles or Original Bubbles & enjoy!
