'Tis the season to shake up a traditional holiday classic by giving it a merry and bright twist! Our creamy, dreamy Egg Nog Float swirls luscious notes of vanilla and warm cinnamon with pops of light citrus and champagne-style sparkle from two JUST fam favorites, Lemon and Valencia Orange Bubbles.
Perfect for cozy gatherings with your friends, a sweet finish to your fun family festivities, or simply satisfying your sweet tooth with this winter wonderland-inspired sip, we guarantee this dessert drink will leave everyone feeling holly and jolly.
What You’ll Need…
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups homemade or store-bought eggnog
- 1/2 cup sugar use less if the eggnog is very sweet
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 Bottle Lemon Bubbles
- 1 Bottle Valencia Orange Bubbles
What You’ll Do…
- Whisk all of the ingredients together. Chill until very cold. Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer directions.
- Transfer to an airtight container and allow to firm up in the freezer.
- To Make Floats: Scoop ice cream into glasses and top with a 50/50 split of Valencia Orange Bubbles and Lemon Bubbles.
- Serve with whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick. Cheers, sip, & enjoy!
