So while this might be a little weird as a side kick to your chimichanga, it’s the perfect addition to your Halloween bash or ‘someone get me a drink’ Thanksgiving dinner with the in-laws.
We serving this spicy little sip minus the alcohol, but feel free to tequila it up if that’s your vibe (especially for those family holidays when uncle John starts talking politics mid way through the dessert). With pumpkin pie inspo and basic B energy, this Pumpkin Spice Nah-garita is a delicious way to sweeten up sweater weather.
What You'll Need...

- 8 Cups Apple Cider Chilled
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 15 Ounce Can Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Ginger Beer
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Valencia Orange Bubbles to Top
- Optional: 4-6oz of Tequila
What You'll Do...
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl using a fork.
- Dip the rim of the glasses in a small amount of apple cider, orange juice or water. Then, roll in the sugar cinnamon mixture as desired.
- Fill glasses with desired amount of ice.
- Add the cider, orange juice, pumpkin puree, optional tequila, and pumpkin pie spice to a large pitcher and stir well or whisk to combine. **See notes for blending**
- Fill each glass 3/4 of the way full with the nah-garita, then top off with Valencia Orange Bubbles.
- Serve immediately or store as directed below in the notes.
Notes
- If you want to make sure this is a super smooth cocktail you can blend all ingredients (except champagne and cinnamon/sugar for the rim) for 1 minute in the blender and then pour into a pitcher.:
- This recipe makes enough for 6-8 drinks, depending on the person. You can easily cut it in half to serve 3-4.
- Once prepared it's best to store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. If storing for later wait to add the Valencia Orange Bubbles. After storing, the pumpkin will settle and then you will want to blend it or whisk before serving.
