We’ve taken the aesthetic of the Barbie Starbie drink and given it a good-for-you twist. This fabulous float is perfect for poolside sippin’ and the ultimate beat-the-heat bevvie you’ll want to make again and again.

Cheers to a sugar free sipper that doesn’t suck!

What You’ll Need…

  • 1 cup watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 tsp. granulated monk fruit 
  • ½ tsp. lime juice (add more to taste) divided
  • ½ cup sugar free frozen whipped topping or coconut whipped topping
  • Strawberry Bubbles
  • Watermelon Bubbles

What You’ll Do…

  1. In a bowl add strawberries, watermelon, balsamic vinegar and cayenne pepper. Mix well
  2. Evenly divide watermelon mixture between 2 glasses. Add ¼ tsp lime juice and ¼ cup ice cream to each glass.
  3. Add both Bubbles flavors to fill the glass. Garnish with a reusable straw and umbrella (not optional).
